The management is nice. They will accept alot of adjustment you ask for which was great.

Alot of work, expect to be given more work just because you work a faster pace than others

Pros

Great teams of highly motivated and passionate employees in every department. Good learning and growth opportunities in several different areas of veterinary diagnostics. Excellent pet discounts.

Cons

Communication and organization between different teams sometimes challenging, not very competitive pay, can be working lots of overtime depending on your position, lots of pressure in operations to meet turn around times.
