      Terrible place to work. Management is unprofessional.

      You will receive a pay check and health benefits.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, long work days, unprofessional management, a lot of work gossip, training is minimal, and Lab manager speaks disrespectful to staff members.

      Pros

      They will hire anybody so if you're desperate for a job, apply here. But don't stop applying once you get in.

      Cons

      The management here sucks and people are rude and not willing to train you. The only good department is Parasitology it seems. There's no job mobility and they don't really give you raises. The HR and supervisors are not proactive about ongoing issues. The people here do not care about the animals they're diagnosing at all. If you love science, this place will be a huge disappointment to you. And because it's based in LI, they pay you poorly.
