Pros

The job description and duties is very easy.

Cons

Bad communication between departments and management chain. Culture is very old school. Company is cheap; does not invest in better training for employees and forces higher production goals on short handed staff. Over worked, and under paid. Displays of nepotism and bad politics within upper management; this does not cultivate trust from staff and employees. PAY IS VERY BAD.. humiliating even, for this industry. There is no room for growth; promotions are available only when individuals quit or retire.

Pros

Room to grow and advance if you are willing to put in the work! The company as a whole are listening to their staff and making changes. The environment is improving and the people you get to work with are great!

Cons

Pay can be low and hard work takes to long to be recognized at times, but again things are improving daily! Medical benefits really need improving. Work-life balance can be challenging due to the overnight hours.
