      Pros

      People are constantly quitting, so there are plenty of opportunities to fill those positions and move up in the company.

      Cons

      The wages are very low. I had to work extremely fast and multitask like crazy to finish my increasing list of responsibilities. Management ignored my concerns about taking on a very unreasonable workload. Very chaotic and hostile environment.

      None. Despite the presence of good instrumentation, internal policies are few and far between. Lab tests results were extremely unreliable and relied on instrument flags and not experienced technical expertise..

      Cons

      Many, ..... this is a company that employees are regarded as easily replaceable commodities. Fear of repercussions within all levels of management. Lack of compliance with any laboratory settings. Upper management with high salaries use intimidation to achieve their goals... any disagreements technical or otherwise would results in demotion and push towards voluntary resignation to avoid unemployment collection.
