Great training, fast paced environment, good management, flexible schedules, great culture, great food, good customers. I learned a lot very quickly

Cons

Poor compensation, sometimes front of the house management would conflict with the back of the house. This would lead to very terrible situations. There was also heavy drug usage in the back of the house.

Great tips, fun work environment, almost always fast paced. Loved my co-workers and managers.

Cons

Very hard to move up in the company. There isn't an implemented training plan for everyone so you end up with only certain people that are qualified to do the job completely (which means, no calling in sick, difficult to get vacation time, etc.).
