      Good start for new grad

      Pros

      Antra will take care of immigration concern(H1,green card). H1 approval rate is not a problem as for now. Good start for new grad to get industrial experience.

      Cons

      Project may not stable, you have to relocate if needed. Wage is not very competitive.

      1. Excellent training, so you can understand the common technology stack in the industry in a short time; 2. Efficient marketing , it will help you find the right position quickly; 3. Good immigration policy for OPT, H1B and green card.

      Cons

      1. As a contractor, you need to move frequently; 2. The atmosphere of client depends entirely on luck.
