The owner withheld my final check and berated me before reluctantly handing it over to me. He was unprofessional, rude, and abusive repeatedly apart from this particular instance.

Great company. You are there to help people better to themselves. To change lives. It is a fulfilling job.

Cons

If you get a bad owner, the job will be bad. No room for growth within the company unless you open up your own franchise.
