The company and vision are bar none. Great benefits, great leadership Pay for most roles is competitive

Cons

Glass ceiling and sticky floor. There is not a lot of opportunity for growth. There are opportunities to move around within the company laterally.

career development and focus on talent development. lots of depts to move to. unlimited PTO for salaried (not for hourly)

salary is difficult to get up. Benefits are good but high deductibles & copay each month.
