Pros

People at all levels are friendly and down to earth. Many employees have worked here for many years because it is close to where they live. That is a plus and a minus because many have poor attitudes and just need to move on to find other opportunities. The Senior management try to engage staff but they fail to understand the underlying issues that affect employee attitudes like lack of opportunities and the stress related to overwork and feeling under appreciated.

Cons

Like many companies, AON Affinity, does what it needs to do to meet its financial commitment to the corporations stockholders. As a result, Departments are usually understaffed in all areas and technology is very poor and decades behind other industries. The organization at the top does not emphasize a team orientation. Many department heads tend to look down on other employees that they feel are at a different level. Very old school since most organization stressed a Team environment as far back as the 1990.
