Pros
While the IT department itself couldn't offer me a full-time position right after the internship. My manager and AON made sure to keep me on the lookout for opportunities. I've been contacted multiple times for Data Science and SWE positions even after my internship has already passed.
Cons
This is the nature of big companies, but there is a lot of bureaucracy and intermediate steps that drain your time and energy sometimes.
