Pros

A lot of work. So a lot things to worry about.

Cons

People don’t care about your development. Just want to get work done. Also there is not much raise every year.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible work remotely

Cons

Too many roles condensed into one and they don’t pay. Micromanaged, a lot of clicks and family members on same teams get promotions.

Pros

Some people were nice to work with

Cons

Poor work life balance. I was spending my entire day working here only to be paid such a low wage. No team events or networking opportunities, honestly didn't feel like I was part of anything at this firm. I literally came in everyday, worked tirelessly and left which was mundane to say the least. Health care coverage was nothing to rave about, benefits package was meh. Just cheap, cheap, cheap all around.
