Pros

They are making great strides to recognize they cannot continue as a legacy business model designed around static technology, inmovable data-centers and work-in-office employees. Huge leaps in the last few years to push the boundaries and limits in the company towards a modern and tech driven perspective around Cloud native apps, and devops culture and mentality, as well as work-from-home support. They recognize the needs of their employees monthly with extra surprise work holidays, or bonuses. you can work a small team, and still fee part of the bigger picture.

Cons

They spend too much time worrying about politics and how they are perceived by the employees. Worry about the individuals, and not a political agenda regarding some flavor-of-the-month rights movement. Upper management needs to focus less on aquireing more silver-bullet bandaid tech solutions and more on the teams they have hired that have actual real world experience with solutions to solve problems internally.
