Pros

It is ok. The pay was decent- depending on what the budget was for the contractors that year. Some of the trainers have favorites and don’t care for you if you’re reserved and just want to learn the job. A lot of the staff treat the contractors bad once you’re in the door, but there were also pretty good full time staff that was patient and willing to answer your questions.

Cons

The staff will do a massive lay off with no warning of the contractors, there were people there were who comes from all walks of life and they will sometimes pick on a quieter person or make fun of people. Very childish coworkers at times.

Pros

Fanastic company to work for. They care about their employees. Like many large organizations, colleagues may have a less favorable experience based upon who their team and who they report to. They value those that care about their work and show up everyday.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Work life balance needs a huge improvement. Corporate restricts openings to new hires which strains certain teams and leads to overloaded and overworked EEs. Focus on high margin business and don't overwhelm high performers.
