Pros

Decent salary for after college. Low stress - low reward kind of a deal.

Cons

This is an HR job. 40-60% of the time you are on the phone. Once you have built your spreadsheet your excel advancement is none. Really annoying environment. Seems like the blame always goes down to the Specialists. Poor training overall. Absolutely 0 opportunity for advancement. Takes 5 years to go from Specialist I to Team Leader. Poor benefits, expensive insurance. Glassdoor salary estimation is ON POINT. Use it to get on your feet after college and run

Pros

Very exciting engagements, often related to cyber security "front page news".

Cons

100% turn around in less than 2 years in some teams. The company lost considerable talent across the board before and after the AON acquisition.

If you are looking for an engaging/fun culture at the Lincolnshire location, you are NOT going to get that.
