Pros

Great opportunities to get involved in projects outside of your job description. Collaborative environment, great work-life balance. Most of Aon is set up to be virtual, meaning you can work from home if needed.

Cons

The regular red-tape that comes with a large organization. Takes a bit to navigate at first.

Pros

Flexible work arrangement. Great co-workers. Clean office space. Sizable desk, with good amenities.

Cons

No raises for several years (despite receiving a good performance rating and good organic corporate growth). Little budget for process improvement or system refreshes.

Pros

You get paid to do nothing and you'll pretty much never get fired.

Cons

You don't learn anything and the job is a waste of time. Company clearly doesn't care. Don't take the job unless you have nothing else and even then I would still reconsider.
