Pros

There are some truly talented people at Aon from whom you can learn a lot about the insurance business.

Cons

Employees are constantly being asked to do more with less, resources (especially IT) are horrendous, and they will work you to death without a second thought because the stock performance is much more important to management than client service, which has deteriorated significantly over the past decade.
