Worst company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

The only pro that I can think of right this moment is finally getting the heck out of this company.

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities unless you “know the right people.” Non-competitive salary. Their diversity and inclusion spiel is a joke. Pattern with this company is to reward hard work, skills, growth and knowledge with more work without any additional compensation. Will pile more and more work on you if have a brain but will not compensate accordingly. Meanwhile others skate by doing and knowing nothing. Leadership will micromanage until they just about drive you crazy.

Pros

Colleagues are generally reasonable to work with. Pays are decent and give vacation days. Good teamwork and collaboration on projects

Cons

Work can be repetitive and taxing on time. Have pressure to work over hours because of peer pressure and workflow tend to demand over hours.
