Pros

Lots of work available for talented individuals in multiple areas. Good place if you are raising family, cannot travel much, and need to "play safe" for a few years (but you need to keep up with changes). There is a sense of "unit" and "family". Committed to diversity.

Cons

No significant career growth paths available. Good luck if you are looking for a promotion. Most colleagues find an outside job for growth. Mediocre salary ranges. "Cliquey" environment; top brass is McKinsey.
