Pros

Good communication with managers across regions. Opportunities to learn and drive processes and documentation. Very relaxed culture.

Cons

Compensation does match skill set below management level. Aon IT is a cheap labor mill. They are currently creating an under appreciated culture within IT by offering the best opportunities ar for people with little to no experience and poor for experienced technicians who are asked to train these new "apprentice" techs. Some of which are not even interested in IT and lack the maturity to provide adequate customer service within a face-paced customer oriented environment. Many opportunities for cross-training, but increased compensation is not provided for increased skill-set that is highly exploited.

Pros

You learn a lot and get exposure to a lot of the investment consulting world

Cons

It is a entry level job that does not offer much work life balance. There is a change in culture going on now that may be beneficial in a year
