Pros

1. The people in the company are simply brilliant. Always ready to help! From peers to managers, all are there for you! 2. The knowledge you get is immense, the more you dig in, the more you'll find! 3. AON has these fun activities time to time to engage you more in the organization. 4. The most important - WORK LIFE BALANCE! AON is one of the few companies that really focuses on your work life balance. 5. Communication is key in management and AON has a great communication scale.

Pros

excellent culture, talent, work balance, total com, and management. excellent brand in the market and top 1 or 2 in the market for every business line

Cons

there is some current uncertainty given the spin off of the HRO business. however, the move makes sense and will allow Aon to refocus on its risk and advisory businesses, so there is lot of support
