Pros

WFH 100% of the time, best manager I have ever had, you can make your own opportunities, not checked on or micro managed as long as work is sufficient.

Cons

largest pay raise has been 3% (3 cycles), and my target bonus was cut. good exam program with large raises, but study time is a premium. A lot of red tape for internal items, raises and bonus, computer upgrade, etc. Other benefits like travel and over time meals have been cut to the bone.

Pros

Decent salary & benefits People generally pleasant and nice to deal with Broad range of clients Some interesting work Work/life balance is good

Cons

Middle management leave a lot to be desired Engagement and culture problem Corporate BS at any opportunity Luck of the draw with regards what team you land in - some great, some terrible They are penny pinching in the extreme, which has filtered down negatively through in-fighting / unhealthy competition for accounts between teammates and on one occasion my manager proposing that only half of my yearly expenses should be covered. It's all about the next quarter - short term thinking - not for creative types!
