Pros

Lots of wonderful people, 95% of all the Hiring Managers are very pleasant to work with. You can work from home if you prove yourself

Cons

Constantly felt that my manager hated me because I was a man. Also, the interview process, while easy, stressed how they work as a team. I found it often that I was on my own island and was looked down upon when I asked questions to my manager. Also, lets face it, this is the insurance industry, its controlled politically. Honesty isn't the best policy on how to get ahead.
