Pros

Overall great company to work for, and great people to work with. Fair pay, opportunity for advancement, and ability to relocate to offices nationally or globally. Partnership with Manchester United boosted brand recognition and employee morale, bringing increased recognition and new life to the company.

Cons

Would be great if Aon (along with the insurance industry in general) could break out of the mold and adopt a more modern work culture to attract younger talent.

Pros

Worked for three different companies under Aon umbrella for about 20 years. No complains at all. Excellent professionals, excellent chances to growth. Go for it!

Cons

There is a lot of office politics. You can advance even if you do not like this kind of environment. Do you work! Try to exceed expectation and you are fine.
