Pros

The company believes in cross training which gives the employees plenty of opportunities for promotions through out the organization

Cons

The benefits are very expensive. No real system to offer merit raises so if you don't promoted you will not see any increase in salary.

Great flexibility in manager role, good vacation availability

Cons

Senior ms agents are not consistent with other years in messages they deliver. Benefits are very expensive and the amount of clients we are responsible for exceed the expectations to deliver quality to each clients satisfaction.
