Seems like the blame always goes down to the Specialists. Poor training overall. Absolutely 0 opportunity for advancement. Takes 5 years to go from Specialist I to Team Leader. You work daily in a environment that you won't be paid what you are worth & the term sweatshop comes to mind. It's always cutting costs w/Aon as an example your reward for a good annual review is a 1.5% raise which means hundreds of dollars more per year. They closed the Charlotte office & cut other jobs over 100 people gone nobody replaced. The solution you just have to work harder & hopefully you don't have to go to the bathroom before your break/lunch. You'll be yelled at for being away from your phone for 7-8 minutes & have your every move reviewed by managers who don't care about you because they get rid of those who did stick up for us.
