Pros

Great professional environment. Pantry is always loaded.

Cons

The only problem that I have is that they hire a temporary staff but they do not have a place for them. So they usually just transfer you around to anyone cubicle who is on leave and when they have full attendance, they throw you in the pantry. Let me tell you that working in the pantry is just super distracting.

Pros

Great company with great entry-level salary and benefits. Started off on contract and then became permanent. If your willing to work hard, there are career paths available. You could become an insurance broker or account manager.

Cons

Working in broking can be stressful at times especially at quarter end. This is especially true for the brokers, but this is the nature of sales.
