Pros

800 Lbs gorilla, so can muscle your way out of things.

Cons

A complete boys club and no respect for their employees. No work life balance and treat their employees like commodities. It is seriously like a revolving door.

Pros

Lots of room for professional growth Senior management is typically quite knowledgeable Amiable group of working colleagues Accommodating work culture Definitely a great place to start and chart a career as there is an abundance of opportunities to move around the country and globe. One of the few companies interested in developing young candidates for future leadership positions.

Cons

Typical office politics Company initiatives can be unnecessary and overly burdensome Initial training process is disjointed and unorganized

Pros

In office cohorts to keep each other sain

Cons

Treated horrible by upper management, don't think Greg Case even knows the ACS exists, no flexibility, no compassion or respect for the work we do, don't g think upper management even knows what we do, 300 of us feel this way. There is no reason we can't work from home a few days a week in this day and age. Keep it up and you will have no employees especially by winter when you will joyfully give out occurrences for being late in our already two hour ride. HELLO WAKE UP.
