Pros

My department is more of a relax environment in comparaision to some. I can at least appreciate that

Cons

The medical benefits are expensive and deductibles are high. It gets worst every year being employed at AON. Please get your salary up front because it is difficult to move positions within the company a raise promotion is only at 4% unless you are way out that postition salary ranage. The most you can get for an annual raise doing an outstanding job without a promotion is 2%. There is not much encouragement here just waiting for the economy to improve to find a new opportunity

Pros

Good if you have a manager who is supportive of your work.

Cons

Management does not have any long term goals. They only know how to deal with the problem of the day/week. Senior management has been leaving regularly. Outsourcing will inevitably take over the work in the Glenview.
