Pros

There is flexibility afforded, working from home opportunities, and flex time so you don't need to use time off for only an hour or two. Manager is generally available and gives a lot of trust. The brand, especially its relationship with Manchester United, is known across the world.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Entry level colleagues sometimes do not have enough work to fill their time. All company time off is leaves much to be desired. Certain days off that other companies have - MLK Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve - are required working days or you have to use PTO.

Pros

It is a place where you can begin your career and learn what you need to know.

Cons

Aon needs to revisit their pay structure to be competitive, since the pay is not competitive. The benefits are also in need of revamping.
