Pros

Great company to get some Entry level experience but leave within 2 to 3 years...

Cons

The pay is very low, the benefits keep on getting reduced every year. There is no career path in our department !!

Pros

The pay and benefits are good also you are able to gain new learning experiences you never had before.

Cons

Depends on the department you work in they will over work you and show no appreciation. The organization has lack of communication between the managers.

Pros

A good place to start for a person with no insurance experiences such as recent college graduates. IMO the company as a whole is great and growing. However, the service department I was in, Aon Client Services, needs new leadership.

Cons

I worked in the service center in Lincolnshire, IL. Management shows favoritism. Promotions are given to unqualified candidates. It's not what you know it's who you know environment. Performance review needs improvement. Too many loopholes for a manager to give raises unevenly. There's no consistency in company procedures. Dept of Labor needs to come in and investigated or whichever government branch that can deter management from mistreating employees.
