Pros

schedule flexibility, ability to relocate, many locations, 401k match is really great, well known company in the risk management industry

Cons

In comparison to other captive managers, Aon does not pay very well. Salary should be higher in locations where account managers have to way more hats than their job title responsibilities. No oversight for manager, sub par communication from upper management on an individual level, Double standards, rules do not apply equally across the board

Pros

Good holiday days. Will support college courses if they apply to your role and don't take away from your work. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Pay is not the best from my experience. I think they can turn a blind eye to it sometimes. A lot of admin work to get something done.
