Pros

Leadership, Learning, Work Life Balance, Opportunities, People are good as long as you don't get much involved. Great work place to work at.

Pros

secure work environment and good staff. With so many people there will always be good and bad but on balance very strong. Career path can be challenging on occasions as you move up the ladder but you expect that.

Cons

can be taken for granted, when they love you the money, bonus and stock flows, when they take you for granted it slows, very quickly

Pros

Decent compensation with bonus, average benefits, some flexibility.

Cons

leadership changes at least every 6 months, sometime more frequently, lots of outsourcing, frequent restructuring. Constant battle between insourcing and outsourcing business units. Multiple CIO for business and corporate with inconsistent and unaligned strategies. Friction continues between legacy Hewitt and Aon factions with Hewitt slowly consuming and eliminating Aon resources.
