Pros

The Colleagues who shared the same position

Cons

Like working in a space that is 32 in long and two walls, while others are in full size cubicals with windows or offices, you are separated by your job title, no heads up on having to stay late, while the rest leave on time, clocking in 12 hours a day without adding in the commute. Zero concerns that you are juggling multiple Partners with Multiple client accounts who all have the same Deadline, makes it impossible to manage within a reasonable time frame, or to have any commitments outside of work, and FORGET about picking up your kids from daycare, as that will not be possible, when having to stay to finish the client reports/books/mailings.

Cons

- Pay and benefits (especially for being a benefits firm) - Transparency - Has become too focused on selling and revenue which means culture has suffered
