Pros

The people I worked with were good ( not management ).

Cons

Poor management lead to a lot of unnecessary overtime and stress. They wouldn't listen to the people doing the work.

Pros

Employment is stable in the brokerage business units.

Cons

Total lack of mobility, expensive health insurance, limited mentoring, and the reporting structure makes it a difficult place to work.
