Pros

I have been with AON for the past 5 years. A good company to learn about Health and welfare benefits.

Cons

There is NO honest communication from senior leadership about the current changes until you come to work to find out that you are being laid off. This makes for a very stressful, tense, and tumultuous work environment. There is also no room for advancement with the Aon Retiree Health Exhange and the pay could be much better. Over the past 2 years, there has been a decline in the amount of incentive income so, if you are considering AON, please do your research. There is also no engagement from Senior leadership to your direct report.

Pros

Typical 3rd tier consulting firm, nothing outstanding. OK clients, OK work; work life balance OK flexibility to work from home; coworkers generally nice, friendly, helpful;

Cons

management is useless; more and more good people leaving, leaving behind riff raff; will soon go downhill
