Pros

Good training, interesting casework. Variety of cases. Opportunities for travel.

Cons

Disgusting managers from hell. Extremely biased, ageist, and sexist. Most are decent human beings but some jackasses on power trips exist. They don’t want to be managers, but they are required to be for their roles. Lose-lose for all involved.

Pros

They try to make sure you have personal holidays, vacation time and sick time more than average amount due to the nature of the job. Hybrid work environment

Cons

If you arent familar with pensions they dont do the best job in training new employees. Although they did attempt at assigning clients slowly to give you time to adjust its just not what I am accustom to. Im use to heavy training and thoroughness verses hey ask questions as they arise. Its a backwards business approach. Anyone with anytype of Business degree or Technology degree will find it cringe worthy. Its been constant turnaround since my first day at work monthly people are leaving. We are in teams but not everyone get the aspect of what it means to be on a team. Its more like individuals who are only concerned about their work and progression. Benefits are high even for a single person. I find it odd since part of the company is Benefit Administration rates should be alot better. Because stress can lead to ulcers which mean people need great healthcare in this industry.
