Pros

Immediate team and business line management. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Greg Case / Management (2 or 3 levels down) - changed deferral grid week before annual bonuses, including impact to junior staff. Poorly communicated / deceitful RIF in 2023. Pay is also poor vs. market (~30% below) and minimal-to-no incentive budget for management to do anything with. Forcing everyone back to the office, but that's everyone these days.

Pros

Great place to learn. Large opportunities for growth, great exam program, Work with the best. Kind, emotionally intelligent colleagues

Cons

Terrible work life balance, there is always more work than staffing hours. Requests after hours and for day of turnaround, lack of respect for study time, As you move up it gets worse. You'll work many weekends. Subpar pay. Company raises have been bad for a decade. Company never pays a full bonus. When taking into account all the extra hours worked it is even worse. Toxic clients, everyone will have at least one.
