-Being able to work with bright minds -Not everyone was difficult to work with -Offered some innovative solutions
Cons
-No work/life balance -Not appreciated or valued -For a big company, they are very dysfunctional -If you want to age quickly and have health problems, this place may be a fit -Lacked strong leaders that were empowering -Bad behaviors were ignored for certain colleagues -Performance reviews were meaningless and not properly aligned with pay (lack giving raises / or VERY minimal (ask for a substantial starting salary) -The annual bonus well, it's like picking a number from a hat (very variable from year to year, with no reasoning)
