Pros

Interesting Exposure. Extraordinary executives. Lack of black representation amongst brokers. Overall good experience but the lack of career pathing made it hard to invest in a future.

Cons

Political. Pay is under market standard. Poor Training.

Pros

Really great coworkers and the resources available to pull from to help your clients are great. If you are self-motivated and work hard you can learn a lot.

Cons

Training is lacking so you have to be able to take control of your own career path. Getting more money is painful even when you’re being promoted, so you can likely make much more by leaving. The work is never ending so be prepared to work long hours on teams that are short staffed.
