Pros

- Major player in the market (opens doors if you're hopping between jobs) - Benefits - Home Office (occasionally, depends on each team manager)

Cons

- Inexistent or very little opportunities to grow - No local (nor any point of contact) HR - Premiums and raises are low and offered very ambiguously - Too. much work - Handling full sales cycle - Lack of standards (doing more was the goal even if the quality was lower) - Managing deadlines with other teams that didn’t share the same level of priority for a specific customer - Micromanaging - Low pay - Over competitive internal environment - Lack of possibility to integrate different teams within the organization

Very poor overall

Pros

Broad range of tasks, ability to work with several countries.

Cons

Very poor training, constantly fixing old issues. Home office is looked down upon and needed an excuse to take one day at home. Industry is not friendly at all. Management is out of touch, expects everyone to work 9-10 hours per day. Office environment very unpleasant.
