- Flexible work environment, carve your own path - Relatively flat hierarchy (senior management are fairly accessible to anyone) - Takes its stated values seriously when it comes to company culture - Putting an emphasis on increasing technical capabilities

Cons

- Depending on the department you are in, can be a bit boys club-like, particularly in broking - Less investment is made in the consulting teams than the broking teams
