its a good company to start working jf you dont have much experince in maintenance but the pay will be low having experience in electrical, drywall , pluming, hvac , carpentry will get you hired quick and you get a discount on your rent if you lease an apartment
Cons
Company offers a discount on rent if you lease an apartment there but when work slow down owner let some people go since i was the last employee hired if last 2 years i was the first one to get fired No 2 week notice one day to the next once got fired once your out you dont get your discount on rent
