      Pros

      Lots of free food, loved my compatriots.

      Cons

      Originally we were to make 250 outbound calls a day. Not too bad, that’s doable. Then it crept up to 300, 350. Then some reps were doing 400 O/B calls daily (impossible IMO) so management wanted us ALL to do that. Subtracting out lunch & breaks, that’s a call a minute. Not feasible. When I got called on the carpet for not doing this, I asked when we’d be getting more pay for the additional work, & was let go 2 days later. Things that make you go “Hmmm.”

      Pros

      There are none. There is no intrinsic value in the work done here. It is simply people with jobs for the means of making money and paying bills. Do not expect support or compassion from management.

      Cons

      Highly political, everyone is only worried about making their own money. Goals are unrealistic and unattainable, and you do not make money if you do not reach goals. The compensation is 32 pages of confusion - in short - you do not get paid as much as they say you will during interviews for at least 6 months.
