Pros
Technically competent teams working on a visionary product. Apcera has been trying to fit their idea into the market with little success.
Cons
For a company that touts innovation there are far too many managers, and a serious problem with nepotism resulting in out of touch, aged out leadership. This drives frustration with ever changing direction and lack of reasonable workflows. A CEO who disengaged long ago that allows middle managers to make bad decisions resulting in tremendous turnover and loss of talent.
