Pros

Co-workers are excellent. There is a lot of camaraderie and teamwork that's difficult to find in some places.

Cons

Management is terrible. Don't expect professional growth, pay increases, or appreciation of any kind. A lot of micromanaging, and all decisions depend on the CEO's mood that day. Really. Overworked, underpaid. Also, no guaranteed parking, so you have to arrive way before your shift just to find a spot that's walkably close.

Pros

Its a steady paycheck. Get to take an hour for lunch. Some of the employees are easy to work with.

Cons

Benefits are minimal, hours are long, upper management is difficult to deal with. Egos are prominent and while management says they're open to feedback and new ideas they really aren't.
