Pros

Fast pace - bias for action for leaders at all levels Support team has a focus on supporting field members and making them successful Great comradery in the office - folks feel comfortable working cross functionally to support each other. Hybrid days help with family flexibility

Cons

The Company has high standards and moves at a fast pace which might not be appealing to some. Fast growth in the company across the nationa has caused for some admin + system pain points (onboarding) but is being addressed and part of the current transformation

Over one year in the role and cant wait to get up in the morning to drive to work and support the trades (love our focus) Fast paced culture with boundless opportunities to grow, as Apex promotes many of the roles from within and is constantly expanding. Management keeps their promises.
