Fast-paced, rewarding company. Love the decentralized entrepreneurial culture that Apex provides. Apex is highly focused on culture and employee engagement to provide continuous improvement and a great work environment for the trades.

Cons

With any fast paced growing company, you can expect change. Quick process changes and ambiguity could be a struggle for those not used to the level pace.

Working in a fast-paced environment with endless support from management has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The growth opportunities here are amazing—if you put in the work, you will be recognized and rewarded. I truly couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
