Pros

Working at Apex is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! The Company is relentlessly focused on transforming the trades and improving the lives of tradespeople and communities in which they operate. The team at Apex is EXTREMELY talented and also collegial, as everyone is focused on building a business for the long-term that lives out the Company's values and makes a positive difference in people's lives. The leadership team goes to great lengths to build a winning culture where people love coming to work and to develop talent at all levels of the organization. This business will thrive for decades to come! I'd recommend working here to anyone who wants to be energized by their work and is willing to work hard in a team environment.

Cons

The Company has high standards and moves at a fast pace. That is not for everyone.

Pros

Exceptional opportunities to grow if you're willing to work hard. Low-key but purpose-driven culture, built around winning and helping technicians. Focus for the company is helping the local business succeed. High expectations but almost every time I've seen the company take care of people even when they fail - if they've seen a reason to believe in them - and find a better role for them or get them more support.

Cons

It can be a grind - if you're there just for the money it won't be worth it. Some of the "corporate" functions are still immature, so you sometimes have to figure things out for yourself.
