Exciting period of growth and new opportunities. Friendly workplace environment. Leadership is positive and truly seem interested in the wellbeing of the associates. Admirable emphasis on supporting everyone in the business from the home office all the way to the technicians in the field.

Pros

I’ve had an amazing experience working here so far! The company fosters a fun and vibrant culture that makes coming to work every day exciting. The team is filled with smart, hardworking individuals who are passionate about what they do. It’s a great place for anyone looking to build their career, as there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The work is incredibly meaningful, and you truly feel like you're making an impact, whether you're working on big projects or day-to-day tasks. If you're looking for a place where you can contribute, develop professionally, and have fun while doing it, this is definitely the company for you!

Cons

There are occasional long hours but team collaboration helps to balance it out. The fast-paced environment can be intense, but it offers plenty of learning opportunities. Office space can be noisy at times but that's because it a fun and social group.

Don't Sell to Apex!!!

Pros

Promises, Promises, Promises. Corporate seems to have it together, but they disappear within 2 days and leave the local staff in charge (local management won't know what they are doing).

Cons

If you had a company based on great customer service and technicians looking to do the right thing, this isn't the right choice. They will turn everything upside down. Horrible management, focused on making the sale today, don't care what happens tomorrow. You will lose half the customers and employees withing the first 6 months. They don't care, they will sell new items at ridiculous markups so they don't need to keep long time customers.
