Pros

A lot of independence and ability to tryout new ideas.

Cons

Partner services team was more of a hinderance than a help. CEO/President will hold your feet to the fire for performance but don’t ask them to actually provide resources or expertise to fix anything (i.e., training, fleet, IT, marketing, CALL CENTER)

Pros

Apex Service Partners is a great place to work. The team is made up of hardworking, dedicated individuals who genuinely care about the work they do. The company is growing rapidly, which creates exciting opportunities for career advancement. Management is supportive and approachable, and the culture is both collaborative and fun. The unlimited PTO policy is a standout benefit that reflects trust and flexibility.

Cons

As the company grows, the office can sometimes feel crowded and a bit noisy. Personally, I don’t find this to be a major issue, and it hasn’t impacted my ability to work, but I recognize that it might be a challenge for those who prefer a quieter or more private environment. We do get one remote day per week, and leadership is actively working on expanding our office space to accommodate the growth.

Pros

I genuinely love working at Apex. The team is incredibly intelligent and driven, which constantly motivates me to grow and improve. Being surrounded by such high-performing individuals pushes me to bring my best every day. I've learned so much here, and I appreciate how we're always evolving and striving to be the best in the industry.

Cons

The pace is definitely fast, and the environment can be intense, but I don’t necessarily see that as a negative. It just means it’s important to be kind to yourself, stay open to feedback, and focus on your own growth. Do your best and try not to compare yourself to others, everyone’s journey looks different.
